# Advance Alert SystemTM will alert you 15 days before every 180 days (approximately) or 15 hours before completion of every 200 hours of pump running time, whichever is earlier. The purifier will communicate the alert only if the purifier is in switched-on condition during the scheduled alert time. Post the completion of the scheduled alert time, Auto Shut-Off TM of water will be activated automatically for GKK only, even if the purifier is in switched-off condition.

How does Pureit Wave RO+MF purify water?
It uses 7 stages of purification:
Stage 1: i-Sediment Filter
Removes small and ultra-fine particles or sediments from the water and extends the filter’s lifespan.
Stage 2: Pre-RO Carbon Filter
Removes chlorine and harmful chemical substances such as pesticides. Also eliminates bad odor and impurities, including complex compounds often present in water.
Stage 3: Mesh Filter
Removes ultra-fine particles and dirt that may still be present in the water.
Stage 4: RO Membrane
Removes chlorine, bacteria, harmful chemicals, and dissolved solids such as TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), iron, aluminum, and heavy metals.
Stage 5: Post Carbon Filter
Acts as a polisher and improves the taste of purified water.
Stage 6: Micro Filtration Filter
Post-RO water goes through a microfiltration membrane that removes bacteria and viruses, ensuring even safer drinking water.
What is the water storage capacity of Pureit Wave?
Pureit Wave comes with a 6-liter storage tank. The tank is fully microchip-controlled, and once you draw water from it, the system automatically starts the purification process again to refill the tank.

Yes, Pureit Wave RO+MF’s RO technology is capable of removing arsenic, fluoride, nitrate, and even iron up to certain limits.
How can I replace the Germkill Kit (GKK) / Sediment Filter (SF)?
To ensure your Pureit filter functions effectively, it’s important to monitor and replace the Germkill Kit (GKK) and Sediment Filter (SF) as needed. You can contact customer care, and a representative will visit your home to replace them.
How often should I replace the Germkill Kit (GKK) / Sediment Filter (SF)?
GKK should be replaced after 6,000 liters of purified water usage under Pureit test conditions, and sediment filter will be included in GKK. However, based on input water quality, the Litrage amount might vary from the standard values. If you notice a decrease in water flow or bad taste, earlier replacement is advised.
How long does Pureit Wave take to purify water?
Pureit Wave can purify up to 20 liters of water per hour under Pureit test conditions. The purification speed depends on filter condition, inlet water pressure, TDS level, and the presence of various impurities in the water.
What should I do if the purifier is left open?
If the purifier is left open, dust and dirt from the environment may enter and accumulate in the chamber. It’s best to keep the purifier closed at all times and store it in a clean area.
Can the rejected water be used?
No, reject water should not be used for drinking or cooking. However, it can be used for watering plants or floor cleaning.
Can I drain the first chamber water from the purifier by myself usually?
No. You should only drain the first full chamber of water during installation or the first time the Germkill Kit (GKK) is replaced. This is necessary to ensure quality.
What should I do if water leaks from the filter?
Turn off the ball valve and call the helpline at 16627.
How long can the stored water in Pureit Wave be kept?
The purifier can store up to 6 liters of water. Stored water should be consumed within 1 day. If it is stored for longer, it should be discarded and the tank should be refilled with fresh water.
